Registration Fees
All fees are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of 20% VAT.
* To be eligible for the ISAP member rate you must be a member of ISAP. All members will be crossed checked for eligibility.
** Non-ISAP member fees include ISAP membership for one year.
*** Exhibitors fees include the stand and a full delegate entry for one attendee
Full delegates
- Entry to all congress sessions and exhibition
- Ticket to the Ice Breaking Cocktail*
- Facilities visits or touristic tours*
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Congress materials including congress pocket program and a USB key with full data about the congress (detailed program, delegate list, abstracts book, sponsors presentations, ...)
- Entry to the Public Conference on thursday evening

Day delegates

Social Events
The Ice Breaking Cocktail on sunday evening is included with full delegate registration, however please indicate attendance at the time of registration.
On tuesday night, let yourself on the original universe of "Les Machines de l'Ile" for the Congress Gala Dinner, at the crossroads of Jules Verne’s "invented worlds", the mechanical universe of Leonardo da Vinci, and of Nantes’ industrial history. Tickets for the Congress Gala Dinner (60 €) must be pruchased at the time of registration. Additional tickets can be purchased via the registration form or by contacting isap2017@sciencesconf.org.
Wednesday morning tours are included with full delegate registration but places are limited to a certain number of persons in function of the tour. This tours include the facilities visits (R&D platform and laboratories) as well as the touristics tours.
Public Conference "Les algues pour répondre aux enjeux et défis de la société de demain" on thursday night is also included with full delegate registration, please notice that this conference will be in french.
Method of Payment
Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

Payment deadlines
Registrations received by 24th April 2017 must be paid in full by 24th April 2017 in order to receive the early bird registration rate.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Deadline: 15 May 2017
Cancellations must be notified by contacting isap2017@sciencesconf.org. Cancellations made by 15 May 2017 will result in a full refund less 100 € to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 15 May 2017 without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after 15 May 2017 will only be made in exceptional circumstances.

The Congress and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising Committee and the Congress Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Congress Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Congress does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
