Workshop :« How can I improve my submission to be published ? Tips and tricks »

This workshop, dedicated to students, will present the most relevant manner to write a scientific article.Topics covered: the different types of journal and article, editors expectations, the role of the publisher, submission process, peer review, editorial system, acceptance and production, self-archiving, Open Access, etc; 

by Alexandrine Cheronet; Executive editor at Springer Nature, specifically involved in Environmental and Aquatic Science editorial programs.

After this presentation, a time for questions will be animated.

Student contest : Play with your PhD !

During the business meeting, students will be invited to participate to an original contest involving their PhD thematic in a scientific popularization perspective. PhD could be played, singed, danced, picturized (natural or airbrushed), sculpted… or presented in regular manner. Let’s your imagination and creation appropriates your PhD. The only rule: you will have to present your project in 3 min chrono.

All students and young doctors (less than 2 years from the defense) could applied.
